Whether you're using the desktop application, web console, or mobile app, ensuring your system meets these specifications will help you get the best experience with X Cloud.


Windows Compatibility

To run the X Cloud desktop application on your Windows computer, ensure your system meets the following requirements:

  • Memory: Minimum 512 MB of RAM
  • Processor: Intel Pentium® 4 or higher, or AMD Athlon™ 64
  • Storage: At least 200 MB of free hard drive space

Supported Operating Systems:

✅ Windows 7 (SP1 or later)
✅ Windows 8 / 8.1
✅ Windows 10 / 11
✅ Windows Server 2008 R2 (SP1 or later)
✅ Windows Server 2012 or newer

Database Support:
✔ MS SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2022

Platform Compatibility:
✔ Supports both 32-bit and 64-bit systems

Not Supported: Windows XP, Vista, and Server 2003
